"Still Human" is a relatively short, though far more ambitious game than my previous project ("Dorian's Lament"), dealing with themes such as depression, self-hate, the traumatic effects of war, the search for hope. and, of course, what it means to be considered human.

The main plot follows the story of a queer man with a mysterious past, who, for some reason, cannot speal. This man then proceeds to find an incredibly smart (if rather angsty) computer, who seems to be capable of expressing human emotions and consciousness, who asks the following question:

"Am I human?".

According to a series of "Yes" or "No" choices, the game branches out into a total of 8 possible endings, affecting the future of the protagonist and of our dear little robot!

This game was heavily inspired by queer novels from the 19th century, as well as my own personal struggles with prejudice (and all the negative effects that entails) in our modern society.

At the end of the day, "Still Human" shows a mostly positive and hopeful message about hope and about the future of humanity itself. If you like games with a focus on alternative storytelling, feel free to give it a shot!

Estimated runtime (to get one of the endings): 20 minutes.

Estimated runtime to "100%" the game: 2 hours.

Enjoy!
